Kuwait University policy to reset the password

The password should meet following guidances: -

- The Password does not contain the account name
- The password is at least 8 characters long

The password contains characters from three of following four categories: -

- Latin uppercase letters (A - Z)
- Latin lowercase letters (a - z)
- Base digits (0 - 9)
- Non-alphanumeric characters (like # or @ or !...)
